His operational insight and commitment to efficiency help drive the company’s day-to-day performance, ensuring projects run smoothly from consultation to completion. Thomas’s practical business approach and dedication to service excellence play a key role in maintaining Cabella’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Edwin Potillo Director of sales for Cabella Cabinets Stone & Flooring, bringing over 30 years of business leadership in Las Vegas. A respected entrepreneur and community leader, he previously owned and operated more than 15 cellular retail stores, building strong expertise in sales and operations.
Today, Edwin focuses on growing Cabella by developing lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners, helping deliver quality craftsmanship and exceptional service throughout the Las Vegas community.
Gil Sirimarco serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cabella Collections, overseeing the company’s financial operations, accounting, cash-flow management, and long-term planning. He works closely with Cabella’s ownership and management teams to establish budgets, monitor performance, manage vendor relationships, and support responsible business growth.
Gil brings a practical, hands-on approach to financial management and company operations. His attention to detail, strategic decision-making, and commitment to maintaining Cabella’s financial strength help ensure the company remains prepared to serve its customers and pursue new opportunities.
Jerry Maza is Progect Supervisor for Cabella Cabinets Stone & Flooring with over 20 years of experience in the cabinetry industry. He began his career in cabinet installation, gaining hands-on expertise that gives him a deep understanding of precision, craftsmanship, and project execution.
Over the years, Jerry has become highly skilled in showroom design, job site measuring, and sales, helping clients bring their kitchen and bath visions to life. His practical knowledge and attention to detail ensure every project is measured accurately, designed thoughtfully, and completed to the highest standard.
Mayra Rodriguez is Cabella Collections’ Office Manager and Project Manager, overseeing daily office operations while helping guide projects from initial planning through completion. She coordinates schedules, communicates with clients, vendors, and contractors, and ensures each project continues moving forward efficiently.
With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Mayra helps keep every department connected and each client informed. Her dedication to customer service, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities make her an essential part of the Cabella team.
Margie Caro is a Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the construction, cabinetry, and flooring industries. She brings extensive knowledge in project management, contract review, material procurement, scheduling, and coordination across both residential and commercial projects.
Throughout her career, Margie has successfully managed complex installations, coordinated teams, and ensured projects stay organized from the initial consultation through final completion. Her experience, leadership, and attention to detail help Cabella deliver quality service and dependable results at every stage of a project.
Olga Wibowo — Logistics Coordinator
Olga Wibowo is Cabella Collections’ Logistics Coordinator, overseeing commercial deliveries throughout Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. She ensures projects stay on schedule by coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and working closely with vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
Olga is committed to providing dependable service and keeping every order organized from purchase through delivery. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication make her an essential part of the Cabella team.
